Inventory continues to decrease to historic lows with many types of homes around the Central Coast.
This is a 5-year chart for Pismo Beach single family homes over $1 Million.
Usually the thought is to wait until Spring when there is more Buyers but not in this market. There are Buyers wanting to buy NOW but there’s little to choose from.
Let’s hope the foreclosures don’t start growing!
