1:52 PM update: The vendor said that they should be done upgrading the server soon and that the new MLS listings should be downloaded and up-to-date tomorrow morning.
I’m still waiting for one of my vendors to resume grabbing new listings from the MLS. I sent an email to them this morning asking for a status update but haven’t heard back from them yet.
This effects the links in the New Listings report for the last 3 days. You’ll get a “property not found” if you click on the MLS#.
You can note the MLS number and go to “Map Search B” and choose any location. When that displays, click the “Search” tab and then enter in the MLS number of a new listing and you’ll get the detailed info as “Map Search B” uses another vendor.
