The inventory for homes-for-sale in SLO County cities remain at their lowest points in a long time. The following graphs show the inventory levels since 2008 to May 1st for Arroyo Grande, Pismo Beach, San Luis Obispo, Cayucos, Morro Bay, Paso Robles, and Atascadero.
What this means is that the SELLERS market continues.
