Inventory Levels – 5/01/2010

Home/condo inventory is rising in SLO County. Some cities are at their highest level in awhile.  Arroyo Grande has 200 homes/condos on the market today. The last time it was at the 200 level was August of last year.  The city of San Luis Obispo really has seen an increase in inventory over the last couple months. Today it stands at 240 properties. It hasn’t been this high since I started  tracking monthly inventory levels back in July 2006.  Other cities are also at their highest level in awhile as shown in the chart below.
