There was an increase of residential inventory from July 1 to August 1. In SLO County, we went from 1749 properties to 1819. In Santa Maria, it went from 390 to 399.
Among the cities with the largest inventory increases were:
Atascadero (148 to 162)
Grover Beach (77 to 84)
Morro Bay (109 to 117)
Nipomo (126 to 154)
Paso Robles (360 to 385)
Pismo Beach (96 to 105)
The following cities saw a reduction of inventory:
Cayucos (70 to 61)
Los Osos (64 to 61)
San Luis Obispo (210 to 193)
Templeton (103 to 100)
As far as Months of Inventory (MOI) goes, Atascadero, SLO, Los Osos, Orcutt, and Santa Maria had the most sales activity percentage in July while Cambira and Pismo Beach continued to be slow.
