A Home Selling Tip:
From time to time I get emails from homeowners with their house on the market with another Broker asking me why their home doesn’t show up in my MLS search. When you list your home, you need to make sure that the Broker will agree to put your home on the Internet. Some Broker’s fear the Internet and want to hold their listings close to them so when they put a home in the MLS, they choose “No” to the question “Display on the Internet?”. When you list your home, make sure it gets all the exposure it can!
