March continued the market comeback that started in February. As predicted, we did exceed 500 Pending Sales for the month. Price changes also rose to one shy of 1000, showing that Sellers were still adjusting their prices to attract Buyers. Sales jumped in March as January and February Pendings closed escrow (this is what the Tribune will report at the end of April).
