One of my team members sent me their Best of Caravan choice for the North Coast but I can’t post it here since the Listing Agent chose to not advertise the listing on the Internet. Not only is the Listing Agent missing getting exposure for the 1000+ people that visit my blog each week, but the listing also doesn’t show up on MLS Searches on my site or any other Realtor’s.
I still scratch my head on why a Listing Agent would choose not to display their listing on the Internet when they enter it into the MLS system. Especially in this market where exposure is CRITICAL. I wonder if the homeowner even knows….
